The Pilates Works™ Allegro™ Group Class​​
A one-of-a-kind class combining Reformer, Mat, and Chair exercises with auxiliary equipment—all included at no extra cost. Train alongside like-minded peers in synchronized Pilates movements, guided by expert teachers for proper form, posture, and breathing.

Private & Semi-Private Pilates
If you're new to Pilates or need extra guidance, our Private and Semi-Private sessions provide a customized, one-on-one experience tailored to your needs and schedule. Each session begins with a The Pilates Works™ Posture Analysis Assessment to understand your body, training goals, and any physical concerns.

Ideal for individuals with neck, back, hip, spine, or knee issues, these sessions offer focused rehabilitation and personalized instruction. Your teacher will guide you through the correct movements, postures, and breathing techniques at a pace suited to you, ensuring effective progress toward mobility, strength, and recovery.
Pilates for Senior
Our specialized senior classes focus on improving mobility, balance, flexibility, and posture, helping participants regain confidence in movement. Conducted in small groups (5-8 pax), exercises are customized to individual needs, addressing knee pain, backaches, and mobility challenges.

Led by experienced teachers, sessions incorporate equipment and props to enhance coordination, reducing fall risks and improving reaction time. Stay active, strong, and independent with Pilates.


Customised Pilates Group
For those with specific fitness goals or physical concerns, our Customised Pilates Group Class offers a tailored approach without the cost of a full private session. After completing four private sessions, you can continue with your personalized Pilates program while working at your own pace alongside others on similar journeys.

An experienced teacher will be on hand to guide you through Reformer, Mat, and auxiliary equipment exercises, ensuring proper posture, movement, and targeted pain relief—all in a supportive group environment.
Pre and Post Natal Pilates Classes
Prenatal Pilates
​Our certified prenatal Pilates teachers offer customised classes designed to support mothers-to-be through every trimester. Unlike standard synchronised classes, we tailor each session to your stage of pregnancy and specific needs.

You can choose between private or customised group classes that focus on concerns such as back pain, posture, and core strength. These sessions also include guidance on safe movements and breathing techniques, along with simple exercises to practise at home.

Postnatal Pilates
After birth, our postnatal Pilates classes help new mothers recover safely and effectively. Whether you had a natural delivery or a C section, our sessions are designed to restore strength, improve posture, and address common concerns like diastasis, wrist pain, and hip misalignment.
