My Pilates Journey

I started doing Pilates to improve my hip mobility as I was experiencing some hip pain. Through this journey I enjoyed the mind body awareness Pilates taught me and gained new appreciation for how movement benefits my body. I was inspired by some great teachers along the way and decided to take the teachers’ training course myself to broaden my knowledge and help others.
