My Pilates Journey
I returned to Singapore in 2012 after spending 8 years living overseas in Hong Kong and Japan. I was dealing with lower back and neck issues due to poor posture. Encouraged by my sister, I decided to try Pilates, which marked the beginning of my journey with the practice. Experiencing its benefits inspired me to learn more and share it with others. My goal is to support each individual on their wellness journey, helping them achieve their goals and maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
