My Pilates Journey
Before starting my Pilates journey, I worked as a Human Resource Professional and retired early to become a full-time homemaker. This transition allowed me to immerse myself in personal and family well-being, eventually leading me to discover the profound benefits of Pilates. Inspired by my own transformation after practising Pilates for many years, I began teaching Pilates in 2017. I am trained in both contemporary and classical Pilates methods. As an instructor, I am patient and understanding, particularly with the senior population, and I also mentor new teacher trainees. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is witnessing my clients' progress, and seeing them become stronger and move better. Their growth and achievements motivate me to pursue further education in movement to enhance my skills. Being bilingual in both English and Chinese allows me to connect with and communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients.
