My Pilates Journey
In 2012, my Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner recommended Pilates to me. My sole intention at that time was to use Pilates to improve my scoliosis, as it includes exercises that enhance posture, alignment, strength, and flexibility. Over the years, I have seen improvement in my condition and have gradually developed a profound interest in Pilates.
