My Pilates Journey
I have been practicing Pilates on and off since 2007 and I've always found it strengthened and eased the tension in my body. But the profound shift came from deepening my Pilates practice through the instructor training - my body feels stronger, more aware and more connected. Not to mention, I measure 2cm taller now!
