My Pilates Journey

My Pilates journey started in 2009 when I was introduced to it as rehabilitation for a lower back injury. I was impressed by the precision of each exercise, especially the emphasis on core engagement and muscle strengthening of the entire body which resulted in better movement and low injury incidence. Towards the end of 2014, I took a decision to quit my 20 year old global corporate career to certify as a teacher and spread my passion for Pilates to as many people as I possibly could.

My passion is teaching safe and better movement with a dash of humour and joy to anyone who walks through the doors of The Pilates Works, Singapore.
