Lei Yen

I began practising Pilates to rehabilitate my injured body, seeking a sustainable and efficient exercise system that would support my fitness journey in the long term.

My first Pilates teacher, Collin Low, suggested that I pursue Pilates teacher training during my second lesson with him. I started my first certification with the Core Dynamics program in 2019 and began apprenticing at The Pilates Works. In 2022, I had a transformative experience by completing a second certification with Master Teacher Pat Guyton, learning to apply her methods through powerful imagery and Digestible Anatomy. Today, I teach Pilates with a focus on function and purpose.
