Mr Patrick Tan & Ms Stephanie Chen (daughter), 41 & 15 years old - Financial Market Trader
Patrick is a trader and spends most of his time sitting in front of computer screens. Because of this, he suffers from back and neck strains. Pilates has helped to relieve that strain and improved his breathing as well as his stamina. Patrick was so pleased with the results that he encouraged his teenage daughter (see picture) to join him. Stephanie's injuries and dance postures are now improving. Thanks to Pilates.

Ms Janette Scott 45 years old -
Wife, mother of 3 teenagers, homemaker, & retired nurse
My first contact with Pilates was when I read about some articles in the Straits Times and Her World magazine. In these articles, Pilates was one form of exercise mentioned that could help to rehab individuals with back and spine injuries.

Mr Anthony Kwan 52 years old -
Director, Consultant, Talent Hunter (interview was conducted in Mandarin)
Anthony is a multi-talented businessman with business interests in many high-growth, high-stress industries. As a result, he suffered from poor health, which cumulated in a stroke in July 2001, which made him lose control of the entire left side of his body. After taking up Pilates at Pilates Bodyworks, Anthony was able to slowly but surely regain his physical strength. Pilates has helped him recover from the ill effects of that stroke, and now he practices Pilates regularly as a means to keep fit.
