Founded in 1999 Pilates Bodyworks has garnered numerous accolades since its inception.

Aside from the glowing testimonials by its students, numerous articles in print & broadcast media have attested to the therapeutic benefits of its holistic approach to fitness and health.

The studio has also trained a number of reputable teachers from our Teacher Training Program and who themselves have become leaders in their various field of teaching.

Our goal is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the Pilates method and the fundamentals of teaching what you have learned.

Currently, we offer certifications in both mat/reformer. Specialised certification in other equipment such as wunda chair, cadillac or spine correctors are available.

Certification Requirements
To be eligible for certification, trainees must:

• attend weekly group training sessions
  
• attend workshops
  
• schedule and confirm 2000 hours of observation, independent practical work and practice teaching
  
• complete all readings and assignments
  
• pass final written and practical exams
  
• on a part time basis, a certificate will take approximately 2 to 2 1/2 years.
