Pilates Bodyworks' Philosophy
The Pilates Method encourages clients to be intimate about themselves.
Encompassing a series of controlled, fluid movements, it works the
body as a whole, allowing muscle groups to share the workload throughout
the body as a system rather than in isolation. Emphasis is on total
concentration, envisioning the range of movements and thinking about
the muscle groups whilst working out.
